This position is responsible for all aspects of the conversion of custom and stock landscape fabric rolls according to shop floor specifications. Candidates will be accountable for ensuring correct raw materials match the shop floor order, loading and threading material on the machine, and ensuring proper roll size is produced and packaged correctly. Must be able to read and understand the shop floor orders. Job requires extensive bending, pulling, kneeling and standing. Attention to detail is required. This position will also serve as backup forklift operator responsible for loading materials onto machines and moving finished products from the manufacturing area to the warehouse staging area. Candidates must be able to successfully complete training and certification on the forklift, work in a fast paced, fast changing, growing department . Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. with occasional overtime required.
