Equipment Operator Job Summary We're hiring an Equipment Operator in Olive Branch, MS to join our warehouse distribution center on 2nd shift — and we're paying $20/hour to start. If you're comfortable behind the wheel of a forklift or reach truck and want a consistent Monday-Thursday schedule, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work in a high-volume operation. What You'll Do Operate powered industrial trucks, reach trucks, walkie riders, hand jacks, and carts to process orders and support daily warehouse operations Work at heights up to 32 feet operating reach trucks and other elevated equipment Use RF terminals to support inventory control and company operating systems Follow all OSHA, state, and company safety regulations — including proper PPE and safety harness/lanyard requirements Report safety violations and potential hazards to supervisory staff Cross-train in other warehouse roles as business needs require Assist the maintenance team on projects that require motorized equipment support Meet established production, safety, and service level standards each shift What You Bring Required Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record Ability to obtain forklift and equipment certifications (training provided) Ability to stand, walk, lift, and operate equipment for the full duration of your shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to operate all Forklifts required - Order Picker, Reach Truck, Electric Pallet Jack, Dock Stocker Preferred Previous forklift or powered industrial truck experience in a warehouse or distribution center Familiarity with distribution processes such as picking, packing, put-away, and replenishment Experience using RF scanning equipment Schedule & Shift Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM Pay & Compensation $20.00 per hour
