PART TIME STACKERS & SELECTORS

DESCRIPTION Flexible hours and Great pay… Kenyon Noble Truss, a 135-year-old family-owned company, is hiring Part Time Truss Stackers and Selectors to keep our production line moving. Selectors pick lumber from pick lists, load carts, and load saws with materials to feed the builders. Stackers band and prepare finished roof and floor trusses coming off the line. Work the hours that fit your life — flexible shift windows starting at 5:30 AM and ending at 12:30 AM, Monday - Friday, with a minimum of 4 hours per shift. A great opportunity for a flexible part time schedule that pays well. ‍

RESPONSIBILITIES

Selectors:

Read truss pick lists and pick lumber on to carts, load saws and keep the saw area fed and stocked, clear of cut lumber, and help monitor inventory.

Stackers:

Stack and band finished roof and floor trusses off the manufacturing line, inspect for plate placement and overall quality, and stage completed trusses for loading without damage.

Both roles:

Work as part of a team at a steady and safe pace; keep the area clean; follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE. ‍

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for the duration of your shift
• No prior experience required — we will train you
• Steel-toed shoes required (Kenyon Noble provides reimbursement) ‍

SCHEDULE & PAY

• Flexible shift windows between 5:30 AM and 12:30 AM, Monday - Friday
• Minimum 4 hours per shift
• $25 - $28 / hr. depending on work scheduleand experience
• Opportunity for pay advancement after probation period ‍
