In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient handling, storage, and transport of frozen fishing bait products within a temperature-controlled warehouse environment. You will play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that all products are staged and loaded for timely distribution.

Key Responsibilities Safe Operation:

Operate stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize pallets of frozen goods safely within the warehouse.

Inventory Management:

Accurately track and verify product quantities, ensuring that inventory is stored in the correct locations.

Warehouse Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace to adhere to food-safety and industry standards.

Product Handling:

Carefully manage frozen fishing bait supplies, ensuring proper handling procedures to maintain product integrity.

Collaboration:

Work effectively with the production and shipping teams to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Qualifications Proven experience operating a stand-up forklift. Ability to work in a cold-storage/freezer environment. Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to operational protocols. Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Location Pay Rate:

$18/hour.
