• 7:00 AM

• Duties:

• + Assists with staging jobs in various work areas, banding skids, cleaning scrap, loading/unloading trucks.

+ Moving stock to and from loading docks and placing the items in the designated location and distributing materials as needed. + Transports materials from storage or other work areas to designated areas using forklift truck, manual /electric pallet jacks, electric dolly, or other related equipment. + Loads materials into trucks and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit using company provided equipment. Loads and unload materials onto pallets, racks, and shelves. + Observes established safe working and housekeeping procedures; promptly corrects hazardous situations. + Follows all company policies, security protocols & procedures, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and ISO requirements. + Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit. + May be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed.

• Skills
• : Push, pull, lift or carry up to as much as 60 pounds occasionally, and up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in accordance with the required schedule shift.
• Ability to understand and apply written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to communicate clearly, orally and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work well with others in a team environment.
• Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations
• addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
• Proficiency in using the intranet, and management information systems (MIS).
• Comprehension skills and ability to operate forklift trucks and other related powered lift equipment.
• Possess good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting forklift equipment issues.
• Forklift certification license or ability to obtain forklift certification license. .

• Education:

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Requires a minimum of 2-4 year of related experience, preferably within a manufacturing or warehouse operations work environment. Familiarity with OSHA regulations related to operating a forklift truck is preferred.
