Adecco is actively recruiting for a skilled Reach Lift Operator to join our client's warehouse team in Durham, NC. This essential role involves safely operating reach trucks to move, store, and manage inventory efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate reach trucks and other powered industrial equipment to transport materials throughout the facility. Conduct daily inspections of equipment, promptly reporting any issues requiring maintenance. Load, unload, stage, and store products in racks, designated areas, and staging zones. Support picking, replenishment, and line-side deliveries to meet production and shipping deadlines. Verify inventory accuracy by checking counts, locations, and product identifiers. Identify and report damaged goods, rack issues, shortages, or discrepancies in locations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety standards, quality protocols, and housekeeping procedures.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. 2-3 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience. Proven experience operating reach trucks or stand-up forklifts. Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with clarity. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods. Willingness to work overtime, including mandatory shifts as needed. Familiarity with inventory systems and OSHA forklift safety standards is preferred. Mechanical aptitude to recognize basic equipment issues is a plus.

$22.00-$23.65 per hour

Schedule:

Rotating 12-hour schedule (2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on) with every other weekend off

Pay Details:
