Position Title:
Forklift Operator Pay Rate:
$22.50/hour
Category/Shift:
Hourly Full-Time (6:30a - 2:30p - Monday-Friday)

Holly Springs Specialty Sheet Facility 301 Thomas Mill Road Holly Springs, NC 27540
The Job You Will Perform:
Follow all plant health and safety standards including wearing proper PPE and LOTOTO  Loading and unloading of trailers  Loading of product onto conveyor lines  Unloading of product from conveyor lines  Managing finished goods  Managing shipping and receiving area  Managing onsite storage and warehouse locations  Tie off bales of scrap and unload from baler  Weighing of scrap and inputting into weighing station  Read Vendor Bill of Lading  Read daily truck lineups  Maintain good housekeeping
The Skills You Will Bring:
 Must follow all plant rules including wearing of PPE at all times  Must have at least 1 year experience with a sit down LPG forklift  Must follow all LOTOTO procedures including the use of Glad Hand Locks  Basic reasoning, mathematical, reading, and maintenance skills  Must be dependable and report to work on-time for start of shift when scheduled  Corrugated experience recommended  Must be able to handle product both on and off pallets  Be able to recognize the different types of pallets used  Be able to recognize customer specific shipping instructions  Must be able to read and understand pallet tags and special instructions  RF scanners and on-board computer experience highly recommended  Communicate to supervisor about non-conformities  Communicate to supervisors about health and safety issues
