Overview We are seeking skilled Machine Operators for 3rd shifts and Forklift Driver 2nd shift to join our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating various machinery with precision, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe work environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing setting where technical expertise and attention to detail are highly valued. Manufacturing environment with exposure to industrial equipment, moving machinery, chemicals and resin. Candidates should possess a strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing processes , including CNC programming, blueprint reading, and fabrication techniques 3 to 5 years' experience, manufacturing, production, quality, preferably chemical or textile industries.

Technical Knowledge:

Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting complex machinery; technical training or certifications a plus. Quality Assurance 2-3 years of experience.

Problem-Solving:

Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making skills.

Output:

Proven record of consistent, high-quality production.

Interpersonal Skills:

Team-oriented with the ability to mentor and guide others.

Education:

High school diploma or GED required.

Full-time Entry Level Machine Operators 3 to 5 years, Sr. Level 5-10 years of manufacturing industry 2nd Shift 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday, (Forklift Driver Needed 3 years of experience) 3rd Shift 10pm to 6am Textile Machine Operator 3-5 years of experience Set up, operate, and perform routine maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve process and quality issues independently. Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with company safety standards. Collaborate with engineering, QA, and production teams to improve efficiency and resolve operational challenges. Follow and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs). Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process optimizations.
