Job Responsibilities Operate sit-down forklifts to move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility. Stand-up forklift experience is preferred, but not required. Some positions require high-reach forklift operation, while others do not. Perform general warehouse and production duties when not operating a forklift. Stage, label, wrap, organize, and move pallets and materials. Assist with production-area and equipment cleaning using air hoses, brushes, and other cleaning tools. Use ladders and work around elevated equipment as required. Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas. Follow all company safety procedures and equipment guidelines. Report damaged materials, equipment concerns, or safety hazards promptly. Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous production and/or manufacturing experience

REQUIRED.

Previous forklift and warehouse experience required. Sit-down forklift experience required. Stand-up forklift experience preferred, but not required. High-reach experience preferred for positions requiring high-reach operation. Valid driver's license. Strong safety awareness and attention to detail. Must be comfortable performing general warehouse and production duties in addition to forklift operation. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Ability to stand/walk for 8-12 hours and regularly bend, stoop, climb ladders, and perform repetitive tasks. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active manufacturing environment.
