Compensation and Role Details Positions are available on the 1st shift with a full-time schedule. Compensation is based on the specific role: $16 per hour for light line sorting, $17 per hour for bulk and heavy sorting, and $18 per hour for experienced forklift operators. Core Responsibilities Handle repetitive sorting of consumer returns along a conveyor system. Execute physically demanding tasks and heavy lifting to support warehouse operations. Assist in the movement and organization of bulk inventory to improve facility efficiency. Ensure materials are stacked and managed in a secure manner. Help maintain a clean and organized work area for the entire team. Adhere to all established safety protocols and operational instructions. Forklift Operator Duties Utilize a forklift to transport and arrange inventory. Manage the loading and unloading of bulk goods. Navigate materials through the facility safely to prevent accidents. Demonstrate proficiency through prior forklift experience. Follow all safety procedures and instructions to ensure a secure environment. Qualifications Capacity to manage repetitive physical labor and heavy lifting. Demonstrate consistent attendance and a strong commitment to your work. Thrive in a high-speed warehouse setting. Must wear safety-rated footwear. Prior experience is mandatory for forklift-specific roles.
