AccuForce is seeking experienced High Reach Lift Drivers to join the team at Greenworks, a premier lawn equipment distribution center in Morganton, NC. While this position starts as seasonal to support peak demand, top performers frequently have opportunities for long-term, permanent employment with our client.

PM Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate high reach lifts, stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and stock pickers to transfer materials throughout the warehouse.

Order Fulfillment:

Prepare orders efficiently by picking, pulling, and staging products for shipment.

Logistics Support:

Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.

Inventory & Quality:

Report any inventory discrepancies to supervisors and uphold strict quality standards.

Workspace Safety:

Maintain a clean and safe work environment by keeping aisles, shelves, and workstations clear of debris.

Teamwork:

Collaborate effectively with management, supervisors, and teammates to hit daily productivity goals.

Requirements:

Proven Experience:

Demonstrated experience operating a high reach lift, stand-up forklift, and/or cherry picker in a warehouse environment is required .

Physical Demands:

Must be able to perform heavy lifting—exerting up to 100 lbs of force occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and 25 lbs constantly.

Compliance:

Ability to strictly follow all safety guidelines, policies, and operational procedures.

Reliability:

Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a team-first mindset.

Pay:

$17.00

•$18.50 per hour
