Compensation and Job Details Pay Rate:

$20.00 - $21.50 per hour (based on shift differential and experience)

Shift Availability:

Rotating 2-2-3 schedule (work only 14 to 15 days per month)

Day Shift:

7:00 AM - 7:00

PM Night Shift:

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Core Responsibilities Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, stack, and stage palletized materials throughout the facility. Pick, stage, pack, and label finished products accurately using radio-frequency (RF) scanners and warehouse management systems. Transport assembled goods safely to shipping docks and assist with staging outbound freight for carrier transport. Perform routine equipment inspections prior to each shift and promptly log maintenance concerns to ensure facility safety. Maintain strict inventory control standards, perform cycle counts when required, and keep all operational aisles clear of debris. Collaborate closely with production and shipping teams to meet daily output goals while maintaining OSHA compliance. Candidate Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 6 to 12 months of hands-on forklift operation experience (sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck preferred). Active or previous forklift certification is strongly preferred, though recertification support is provided on-site. Physical capability to bend, reach, stand for extended durations, and lift up to 50 pounds repetitively. Proven track record of punctual attendance, dependable transportation, and strong team communication skills.
