Operations include but not limited to: maintenance on the facility, office work, ship store duties, forklift operations. Benefits and year round work available. Experience not necessary, we are willing to train and educate employee with all that the Marina industry can offer. Applicant that can train and operate a marina forklift can earn higher than advertised hourly rate in time. Benefits include paid time off, 401k matching plan, and double time on holidays.   • Assist customers with docking boats
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the marina facilities
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment
  • Operate and maintain marina equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons Qualifications
  • Experience working in a Marina is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of boating is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Pay:
