We run multiple locations here, and we're hiring Forklift Operators / Material Handlers to join us. You'll unload inbound freight, put it away, pick and stage orders, and load outbound trailers to customer requirements. Accuracy is the job — our customers' inventory is only as good as what we record when it moves. What you'll do Unload inbound product and put it away in the correct locations Pick orders from pick tickets — accurately, and in the right rotation Stage and load outbound trailers to customer requirements Follow FIFO and keep what's in the system matching what's on the floor Operate a sit-down forklift safely; keep your area and equipment clean Speak up when something looks wrong — damaged product, a short count, a load that doesn't match the paperwork What you need At least 6 months operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse Able to read pick tickets and select accurately Working understanding of FIFO Reliable and self-motivated — you show up, and you keep moving Comfortable working as part of a crew and raising concerns when you see them Physical requirements and work environment With or without reasonable accommodation: lift up to 100 lbs repeatedly, stand and walk for a full shift, and work in a warehouse that runs warm in summer and cold in winter.
