The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely, and a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Required to pass a written and driving test to obtain forklift operator's license. Loading/unloading trucks, trailers and railcars safely and follow specific directions. Occasionally required to fill out bills of lading, change fuel tanks on the lift and complete data entry. Complying with all safety regulations and practices. Pick up parts, paper, objects and residue off the floor and around workstations. Ability to operate power hand tools. Required to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on workload. Maintaining a clean work environment Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations Ability to push, pull, bend, squat, lift, reach, kneel, and stand for up to 12 hrs a day.
