• 5:30 PM Industry warehousing & distribution (Transportation and Material Moving Occupations) Reference number S_178287 Spherion Staffing has a first shift opening for a Warehouse/Forklift with our client in Fargo, ND.

This position will be responsible for maintaining inventory in an assigned department by loading and unloading pallets of metal products with a forklift. Qualified applicants must have a minimum of two years' experience working in a warehouse with one year of forklift experience. Monday-Friday 7 am-5:30 pm $21+/hour

Responsibilities:

• Assure quality and on time unloading and stocking of product within the defined scheduled time
• Check receiving documents to insure they are being marked correctly and check out any variances between quantity shipped and quantity received
• Make sure all parts are binned in the proper location
• Check orders for accuracy (correct P/N, Qty, etc) and ensures the boxes are annotated with our P/N, Customer P/N, Customer location, etc
• Ensure safe operation of forklift, step ladders and material handling equipment
• Will be checking in and receiving parts and moving as needed in the warehouse
• May also be loading and unloading trucks as needed Working hours: 7:00 AM

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year warehouse
• Must have 2 years' forklift experience
• Insurable driving record preferred
• Ability to multi-task, handle multiple priorities and work in a repetitive and fast-paced environment
• Must possess strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented
• Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to work in outdoor elements
