Sirius Staffing is seeking Packaging/Forklift Operators in the Blair, NE area. This role offers a full-time, long-term opportunity with a leading chemical manufacturer. As a Warehouse Operator, you will support daily warehouse operations, including forklift operations, material handling, and packaging. Benefits Offered | PTO & Holiday pay

Schedule:

12-hour rotating day shifts 7a-7p, with 2 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off. First week of training M-F 7:00-430

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent Must have previous forklift experience (warehouse experience preferred) Must have a Valid Driver's License (required)Basic computer skills Capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to follow and understand all forklift safety requirements and pass site-specific certification Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and frequently bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, and stand or walk for extended periods.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts to remove products from packaging lines.

Accurately record pallet counts on production sheets.

Store pallets in designated warehouse areas.

Operate equipment to package products in totes and/or on pallets.

Adjust and troubleshoot packaging machinery as needed.

Identify and move damaged products to designated warehouse areas.

Dump damaged bags into super sacks for reprocessing.

Maintain daily safety, cleaning, and hygiene standards in the areaParticipate in quality-related activities and safety programs.
