Position Overview Receives, stocks and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within establishments. Responsibilities include those of a Warehouse Associate I with additional administrative requirement. Duties and Responsibilities Receives material from suppliers and production and verifies accuracy of packing listsagainst Purchase orders using SAP purchasing Screens or "Boxing report". Counts, sorts and stores materials or items on racks, shelves or bins according to SAPinventory screens. Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools or other stock items anddistributes items to production areas (as needed on second shift). Records quantities of material or items received or distributed by use of MaterialRequisitions, Receiving Ticket, Sample Requisition Forms, etc. Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to companystandards. Operates material handling equipment such as fork truck, electronic counting/weighingscales. Skills and Experience Fork-lift and inventory experience is a plus. Must be able to work in a team. 1-2 years of Warehouse experience desired. This position requires lifting at least 50 pounds, handling 12 foot long crates with fork lift, computer (email and SAP) skills.
