We are looking for a versatile Warehouse & Forklift Operator to join our new 3-person branch. In this hands-on role, you'll be involved in everything from receiving and inventory to order fulfillment and shipping. $23.00-$25.00/hr, based on experience and certification

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00

PM Full-Time, Day Shift Company-Funded Health Reimbursement:

Opportunity to contribute your ideas, improve operations, and grow within a rapidly expanding group Position Description Reporting directly to the Branch General Manager, the Warehouse & Forklift Operator is responsible for receiving, inventory control, material handling, order preparation, shipping, and day-to-day warehouse operations.

Your Responsibilities Receiving & Inventory:

Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and product accuracy, organize inventory, and ensure materials are properly stored and recorded

Order Fulfillment:

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment

Shipping & Logistics:

Coordinate carriers and pickups, prepare shipping documentation, and help determine the most efficient shipping method

Forklift Operations:

Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts for receiving, storage, order preparation, and material movement

Warehouse Improvement:

Identify opportunities to improve warehouse layout, workflow, organization, safety, and efficiency

Quality & Accuracy:

Verify quantities, weights, dimensions, and detailed part numbers to ensure orders and inventory records are accurate

The Ideal Candidate Experience:

3+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience

Forklift:

2-3+ years of experience operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts.

Systems:

Comfortable using inventory or warehouse management software; Prophet 21 (P21) experience is a strong asset

Accuracy:

Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with quantities, weights, dimensions, and detailed part numbers

Autonomy:

Reliable, organized, and able to prioritize work with limited supervision

Safety:

Strong commitment to safe material handling and warehouse practices

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform regular warehouse activities throughout the workday
