$25.00 per hour Position Overview Can-One USA is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to support warehouse, material handling, shipping, receiving, and production operations at our Nashua, New Hampshire facility. This position is responsible for safely transporting materials throughout the facility, loading and unloading shipments, staging materials for production, and assisting with inventory activities. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Benefits $25.00 per hour Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid vacation and paid time off Monday-Friday schedule Career development opportunities Training and certification opportunities Modern manufacturing environment Key Responsibilities Material Handling Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment Transport raw materials, finished products, supplies, and other materials throughout the facility Stage materials for production and warehouse operations Organize materials to support efficient workflow Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Move materials between designated storage and production areas Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Assist with shipping and receiving activities Pick, pack, and prepare materials or products for shipment Verify incoming and outgoing materials against shipping and receiving documentation Use RF scanners and inventory systems to record material movement Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities Report damaged materials, shortages, or inventory discrepancies Safety & Equipment Complete required daily forklift inspections Report equipment problems or maintenance needs Follow company safety procedures and applicable OSHA requirements Follow established material-handling procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Use required personal protective equipment Team Support Work with warehouse, production, shipping, and receiving teams to meet daily operational needs Communicate material or inventory concerns to appropriate team members Assist with additional warehouse and material-handling tasks as assigned Support efforts to improve safety, organization, and operational efficiency Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Ability to safely operate a forklift or successfully complete company-provided forklift training Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math, counting, and inventory skills Strong attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Commitment to following workplace safety procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Previous forklift experience Current forklift certification Warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience Experience using RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems Experience loading and unloading trucks Physical & Work Environment This position requires regular movement throughout a manufacturing and warehouse environment. Duties may include standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, lifting, pushing, pulling, and operating material-handling equipment. Employees must follow all applicable safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment in designated areas.
