The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in putting away inventory into High Inventory Racks, and picking orders on a Reach Truck. Additional experience using electric sit-down forklifts for loading, unloading, and inventory functions is highly desirable. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to efficient warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving, put-away and replenishment, and order fulfillment processes. Duties Safely operate Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Forklifts, and Pallet Jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse. Assist with order put-away and replenishment using reach trucks, for inbound inventory and pallets. Assist with order picking using reach trucks and other equipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in fulfilling customer orders. Support shipping and receiving activities operating sit-down forklifts. Utilize RF Scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels, update stock records, and coordinate order fulfillment. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize storage solutions, improve workflow efficiency, and maintain a safe working environment. Participate in materials handling activities involving heavy equipment operation, ensuring proper load securing and safe handling practices.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-years of experience operating reach trucks Minimum of 3-years of experience operating electric sit-down forklifts Proven experience operating Electric Pallet Jacks is highly preferable and other heavy equipment in a warehouse setting. Strong knowledge of RF Scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures. Prior experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, put-away, and order picking is highly desirable. Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations pertaining to forklift operation and materials handling. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay:
