The Forklift Driver will safely transport ingredients, packaging materials, finished products, and pallets throughout the facility while maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Move ingredients, packaging materials, pallets, and finished products between designated areas. Organize and maintain warehouse, freezer, and storage areas. Properly stage materials for production and shipping. Perform daily forklift inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues. Follow all company safety, food safety, GMP, and warehouse procedures. Ensure products and materials are handled and stored properly. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Assist with inventory movement and warehouse activities as needed. Communicate effectively with Warehouse, Production, Shipping, and Receiving teams. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous forklift operating experience preferred. Valid forklift certification preferred. Ability to safely operate a forklift in a busy manufacturing or warehouse environment. Experience handling pallets, materials, ingredients, or finished products. Ability to follow safety procedures and written/verbal instructions. Good attendance, reliability, and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous food manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus. Ability to work in cold/freezer environments when required.
