Full-Time Our client, a busy produce distribution center in Florence, NJ, is looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join their warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a stand-up forklift and electric pallet jack in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently. Operate an electric pallet jack to move products throughout the warehouse. Load, unload, move, and stage pallets of produce. Pull and organize product for orders and shipments. Safely stack and store products in designated locations. Assist with receiving and shipping operations as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies. Perform physical work in a temperature-controlled/cold warehouse environment as required. Qualifications Previous forklift experience required. Stand-up forklift experience required. Electric pallet jack experience required. Warehouse or distribution center experience preferred. Ability to safely lift, move, and stack products. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
