Competitive Pay + Increase Upon Permanent Hire Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join a growing warehouse team in Florence, NJ. The ideal candidate will have experience operating both stand-up reach trucks and sit-down forklifts , handling inventory, picking orders, and supporting daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities Pick and prepare orders by case or pallet. Operate stand-up reach and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently. Stage and load outbound trucks. Use RF scanners to track inventory and process orders. Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Perform general warehouse duties, including cleaning and maintenance. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of warehouse/distribution experience . Experience operating stand-up reach and sit-down forklifts . Proficiency using RF Scan Guns . Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory systems. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes. SAP experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
