Job Summary The Forklift Driver is responsible to unload and load pallets from the truck and store them in the appropriate bin location. The Forklift Driver is responsible for locating and providing components and material to the packaging rooms as needed. All Warehouse Associates are responsible for cleanliness of the warehouse area.

Responsibility:

The successful candidate will be required to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and electrical pallet jack. Duties Responsible for maintaining fork truck and fork truck trip logs daily prior to the beginning of the shift. Responsible for following incoming material procedures. Responsible to inspect the truck, take the material out of truck using forklift or pallet jack. Responsible to verify lot #, expiration date, and item description of incoming material before receiving. Responsible to verify the count, condition of pallets, and the receiving documents before material is received and moved to the warehouse. Responsible to apply pallet identification with necessary information and move the pallets to the storage location. Responsible to verify packaging order, match lot #, expiration date, and quantity. Remove the material from warehouse location and bring the material to the production room. Responsible to make sure the material is segregated and labeled properly, and storage area is clean. Responsible to load the truck with finished product. Before loading the truck, responsible to verify the quantity, lot #, expiration date, and other information with the packaging list. Responsible to make sure the product is released before the product is shipped to the customer. Responsible to stretch wrap the pallets before shipment. All other duties as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor, Inventory, and Shipping Manager.

• The candidate is required to have successfully completed high school and/or have 3-5 years of warehouse experience or equivalent experience. The candidate should demonstrate good interpersonal skills. Current forklift driver certification, a must. Physical Requirements
• Should be able to lift a minimum of 45 lbs.

Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
