Schedule:

M-F 1:00 PM - 9:30PM Duties Safely operate equipment such as reach trucks, forklift trucks (including lift trucks and Hi-Lo), clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools to load and unload shipments. Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning technology to track materials accurately. Perform order picking with precision using order picker equipment to fulfill customer orders efficiently. Conduct routine equipment repairs or report maintenance needs to ensure optimal operation of all heavy machinery. Follow OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) safety protocols and warehouse safety standards during all activities. Assist in shipping & receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation. Support warehouse distribution tasks such as organizing stock locations, performing manual handling tasks, and maintaining a clean work environment. Qualifications Proven experience operating warehouse material handling equipment including reach trucks, forklifts (lift truck, Hi-Lo), clamp trucks, pallet jacks, or similar machinery. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management practices. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards in production environments and adherence to forklift safety protocols. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle materials manually when required. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately. Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred; warehouse supervisor experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for order picking and inventory control.
