Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of material handling equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth warehouse distribution processes. Your expertise will help maintain efficient operations and uphold our safety standards while supporting our production and shipping needs. Responsibilities
  • Report to Production Manager at the start of shift.
  • Complete Daily Shift inspection on both forklifts.
  • Provide CNC Operators with materials per supervisor.
  • Provide assistance to CNC Operators as needed.
  • Responsible for keeping material inventory up to date - to include quantities and locations.
  • Must be available by radio during all working hours.
  • Responsible for all cardboard, trash and drops from CNC machines.
  • Responsible for incoming material loading and unloading. . Responsible for keeping the sheetmetal area organized. . Maintain extrusion stock for panel builders.
  • Empty all scrap pallets as needed. Put CNC shavings in blue dumpster.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining a safe and clean shop.
  • Assist in other areas of the shop as needed. . Keep outside area organized and safe. Tell supervisor when dumpsters are full. . Backup CNC Operator (training required).
  • Follow safety guidelines for department provided by Human Resources - to include wearing gloves and safety glasses as needed.

Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
