In this role, you will move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility, supply production lines, stage shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely Pull materials using work orders and deliver them to production lines Stage finished goods for shipping and distribution Return unused materials to designated inventory locations Verify item codes, lot numbers, expiration dates, and quantities Record inventory movements using RF scanners and warehouse systems Pick, scan, and prepare orders for production or shipment Support packaging, labeling, and quality inspection processes Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications Previous warehouse, material handling, or forklift experience preferred Experience in food manufacturing or food packaging is a plus Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory systems Ability to follow work orders and standard operating procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Why Join Us? The ideal candidate will have experience operating sit-down forklifts and heavy equipment in an outdoor environment. Responsibilities Operate a sit-down propane forklift safely and efficiently Move, stack, and palletize stone, granite, mulch, and other materials Operate loaders, skid steers, and other equipment as needed Load and unload trucks and customer orders Assist with lifting and moving materials manually when required Conduct equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Experience operating sit-down forklifts Heavy equipment experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds High school diploma or GED preferred Strong safety awareness and work ethic Why Join Us?
