00 per hour Up to $200 Monthly Performance Bonus We are currently hiring a Multi-Equipment Operator to join our warehouse team in Dayton, NJ. This position requires experience operating Turret Truck, Reach Truck, and Order Pickers in a fast-paced distribution environment. This is a test-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term employment. Responsibilities Operate Turret Trucks, Reach Trucks, and Order Pickers safely and efficiently. Pick orders accurately from warehouse racks and storage locations. Handle inventory movement and replenishment. Use RF scanners and warehouse equipment as needed. Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies. Assist with general warehouse duties when required.

Work Schedule Monday:

Primarily order picking and pulling boxes from racks. Some boxes may be heavy and require physical lifting. Tuesday

Friday:

Mainly equipment operation and order picking during the morning shift. Requirements Experience operating Turret, Reach Truck, and Order Picker equipment . Ability to lift and move heavy boxes when necessary. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment. Permission to work in the US. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual candidates are welcome (English is not required). Compensation & Benefits Pay rate: $18.00
