Retention Bonus:

We offer a $1500 retention bonus over the span of the 1st year of employment (must meet attendance requirements & work safely) Incentive based pay Prior selecting/warehouse experience preferred. However, for the right candidate we will offer additional training opportunities.

Key Points:

This is a full time position. The work week is Sunday night-Thursday night. This overnight position starts at 2 - 5 PM and ends when the work is complete. Must have experience with PE4500 stand up electric double pallet jack We select using batch method, voice selection software and labels. Our selectors are measured on productivity and accuracy. All orders are selected using electric double pallet jacks. You must pass an equipment test and become certified in order to work as an overnight selector.

Job Requirements:

Perform all pre-shift duties including warm up and safety checks on all equipment. Work in multi-temperature areas as assigned. Meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy while working in a safe manner. Performs various post-shift duties that could include: Clearing aisles of all debris, returning pallet jack to charging area, and hook up jack for battery charging. Stacks empty pallets from slots in aisle. Clean up any spills and places damaged product in recoup area. Completes any related paperwork. Must be physically able to work in the freezer (-15 degrees) and in the cooler. Must be able to repeatedly lift more than 50 pounds throughout a shift.

Education/Training:

High School Education or GED preferred.

Related Experience/Requirements :

Minimum one year of recent experience in a highly physical, labor-intensive warehouse selection position. Minimum six months experience with warehouse material handling equipment (electric pallet jack or high low) preferred. Extensive experience operating Standup Forklifts required. Voice selection software experience preferred. Recent experience (within past 6 months) in high endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred e.g. lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work, etc.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Must be able to read alpha and numeric codes from pick sheets and slots. Must be team-oriented and able to get along with others.
