Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Shipping & Receiving operations, Materials handling, and RF Scanners. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently managing the movement of goods within the facility, supporting order fulfillment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic logistics environment while maintaining high safety and operational standards. Duties Operate Sit-Down Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks, and Manual Pallet Jacks to transfer materials within the facility, and between different departments. Operate Sit-Down Forklifts to load and unload incoming items, transfer materials, pick orders, and put items away in low-rack inventory storage. Operate Electric Pallet Jacks and Manual Pallet Jacks to assist with material handling responsibilities. Use an RF scanner to scan incoming and outgoing goods, pick orders, and put away inventory. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper materials handling, manual handling techniques, and regular cycle counts. Assist with shipping, receiving, order picking, and put-away operations by fluidly fluctuating between different departments. Contribute to general inventory, shipping, and receiving functions off the equipment, when necessary. Skills Proven and Recent experience operating Sit-Down Forklifts Proven and Recent experience operating Electric Pallet Jacks and Manual Pallet Jacks Proven experience using an RF Scanner to compliment material handling functions Experience in shipping, receiving, order picking, and put-away processes Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management practices, and barcode scanning technology for logistics. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to manual handling procedures. Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and documentation accuracy.
Pay:
