FORKLIFT OPERATOR IN PORT READING, NJ

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our team in Port Reading, New Jersey. This individual will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of stand-up equipment to facilitate the receipt, storage, and shipment of products. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and committed to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Port Reading, New Jersey Duties and Responsibilities Equipment Operation:

Safely and skillfully operate a Raymond stand-up forklift to move, stack, and stage materials, including pallets, throughout the warehouse

Logistics & Handling:

Efficiently load and unload trailers and containers; move inventory to appropriate storage locations

Inventory Accuracy:

Assist with picking and putting away orders, potentially utilizing RF scanners to log inventory movements and ensure real-time stock visibility

Safety & Maintenance:

Conduct mandatory pre-shift equipment inspections, report any maintenance or safety issues immediately, and adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols

Facility Upkeep:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by removing debris and ensuring walkways remain clear

Requirements and Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 1 year of recent, hands-on experience operating a Raymond stand-up forklift or reach truck in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary

Skills:

Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team; strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines

Communication:

Proficiency in English or bilingual

English/Spanish Reliability:

Must have reliable transportation and a strong attendance record -- ABOUT
