Forklift Operator Supervisor Responsible for supervising forklift operators and warehouse personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate movement of materials throughout the facility. Coordinate daily forklift operations, assign work tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of forklift operators and material-handling personnel. Assign work, manage priorities, and ensure timely loading, unloading, and movement of materials. Inspect forklifts and ensure equipment is operated safely and properly maintained. Train, coach, and evaluate forklift operators on safe operating procedures and company standards. Monitor inventory movement and ensure products are stored and handled accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Address safety concerns, equipment issues, and operational problems promptly. Complete production, inspection, and incident reports as required. Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, receiving, and management teams to maintain efficient workflow. Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA requirements. Assist with scheduling, staffing, and performance management of forklift operators. Lead by example and promote a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and productivity.
