Warehouse Forklift Operator (Temp-to-Hire) $18-$22/hr | Bohemia, NY | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator for a well?established company in Bohemia, NY. This is a full?time, temp?to?hire role with steady hours and long?term potential. Responsibilities Operate forklift safely and efficiently (required) Load, unload, move, and stage materials Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and organizing inventory Assist with shipping/receiving as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Requirements Forklift experience required Previous warehouse or production experience Ability to lift 40-50 lbs as needed Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and safety Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience Temp-to-hire opportunity Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $22.00
