We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Reach Truck Operator to join our team in a cold environment facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating material handling equipment, including reach trucks, to efficiently manage inventory and support warehouse operations. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through shipping, receiving, and replenishing processes. Duties Operate reach trucks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently within the warehouse or distribution center. Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including loading, unloading, and verifying incoming and outgoing shipments. Replenish stock as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure product availability. Assist with inventory management by accurately locating, stacking, and organizing products in cold storage conditions. Follow safety protocols specific to working in a cold environment to prevent accidents and ensure personal safety. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and improve workflow efficiency. Requirements Proven experience operating reach trucks or similar material handling equipment. Ability to work effectively in a cold environment while maintaining safety standards. Strong attention to detail for accurate shipping, receiving, and replenishing tasks. Good physical condition with the ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely. Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
