WAREHOUSE LOADER / FORKLIFT OPERATOR

The Warehouse Lead/Foreman works with both Management and our Warehouse Staff to ensure that our customers' needs are consistently being met, while maintaining efficiency in all aspects of Inventory, Shipping and Receiving. This is a busy and physically active position, both Indoors and Outdoors, year-round. Repetitive Moderate to Heavy Lifting/Stacking (25-50 lbs.) is a Daily Activity. This position requires a very motivated person that works well in a team environment, as well as independently.

RESPONSIBILITES

Receive/Unload/Inspect 53' Trailers of Merchandise. Pick/Pack/Palletize Orders. Operate Forklift & Pallet Jack, etc. Repetitive - Moderate to Heavy Lifting & Stacking Load Trucks Sort & Grade Empty Used Containers. Provide Regular Updates to Management throughout each business day. Maintain a Clean, Organized and Safe Warehouse/Work Environment Ensure Accurate Order Fulfillments and Inventory Receipts Accurately Manage Paperwork for Inbound & Outbound Shipments Operate Snowplow.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE

A 4-Year High School Education/Diploma is Required. Applicants must have Strong Math Skills Two Years of recent Warehouse Experience is Required. One Year of recent/regular Forklift Experience and/or Certification is Required. Applicants must have good Basic Computer Skills and are able to learn new software programs. Some Truck Driving Experience is preferred, but not required. Experience operating a Snowplow is preferred, but not required. Any equivalent combination of education, training, and actual work experience will be considered.
