- Warehouse Associate (Forklift Driver) We are seeking an energetic and skilled Warehouse Associate (Forklift Driver) to support warehouse operations at our Penn Yan, NY facility. This role is responsible for the safe receiving, selecting, storing, scanning, and loading of products and materials. Successful candidates will operate material‑handling equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, and support overall warehouse flow in a fast‑paced environment.WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Safely unload inbound shipments and move materials to proper storage or staging locations
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, properly labeled, and free of damage
- Scan and record all transactions (shipments, donations, product loss, damage) to maintain accurate inventory
- Support quality, food safety, regulatory, and housekeeping requirements throughout all warehouse activities
- Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment in a safe and compliant manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to meet KanPak quality standards
- Assist in supporting long‑ and short‑term warehouse goals and productivity objectives
- Read and follow shipping documents, packaging instructions, and safety guidelines
- Contribute positively to a team‑based work environment and support other areas as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or forklift operator experience
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and related equipment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and complete electronic documentation
- Strong hand‑eye coordination, peripheral vision, and spatial awareness
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to read and understand packaging, shipping documents, and safety guidelines
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and reaching

- Rotating 12‑hour schedule

Days, 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.- Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime
- Work performed in a warehouse environment with material handling, forklift operation, and frequent physical activity
