Join our team as a Forklift Operator/Processor/Labor, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of material handling and depackaging machinery. This position is well suited to a mature individual who can work with a team or alone without supervision. The job requires diligence and good observational skills. We are generally looking to fill a shift from 12pm to 8pm, however we are also considering 10am-6pm. Some flexibility is preferred. What you'll do Material handling in an efficient and safe manner. Forklift operation Cleaning and pressure washing Feeding process equipment with forklift Some hand sorting and physical labor is required Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery to maintain a safe work environment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise, utilizing your mechanical knowledge to keep operations running smoothly. Experience Proven experience in equipment operation within a commercial/industrial environment is preferred. Some mechanical knowledge is an asset. Reliability Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.
