• $19/hr Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking an experienced Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join a busy warehouse team in Rochester, NY.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone looking for a stable Monday-Friday schedule and the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Pay:

$19.00/hr, based on experience

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM-12:00

PM Overtime:

Occasional overtime may be required

Employment Type :

Temp-to-Hire What You'll Do Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to safely move, stack, and retrieve materials. Operate a Raymond Reach truck to move and organize warehouse materials. Use RF scanners to track inventory, locate materials, and accurately process orders. Load, unload, stage, and move materials throughout the warehouse. Assist with receiving and preparing materials for shipment. Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment. Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines. What We're Looking For Previous forklift experience is required. Raymond Reach truck experience is strongly preferred. Previous warehouse/material handling experience. Experience using RF scanners is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to safety and accuracy. Reliable attendance and ability to consistently arrive on time for a 4:00 AM start. Must have reliable personal transportation. The facility is not accessible by public transportation/bus lines.
