Job Description

Warehouse, Forklift Operator ( Multiple shifts open - Apply today) 2nd Shift, 3pm-11pm,
Pay Rate:
$21.50 Per hour Warehouse Shipper, Receiver, Ambient Forklift Operator (Forklift Certified) - Must have at least 1 year stand up forklift experience. Bilingual (Spanish) Responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack and count product while being accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle. This position is tasked with providing packaging lines with the correct product and ensuring that finished products are organized accordingly.
  • Perform all warehouse duties such as picking, case handling, loading, and unloading of trailers, providing production with necessary materials, inventory management etc.
o Efficiently move product from storage areas onto trucks, ensuring that shipments are accurate and free of damage o Pull and provide packaging lines with the correct product, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is supplied to the lines o Follow company's health and safety program, rules and procedures and work in compliance with health and safety-related legislation and codes o Report all incidents, injuries, illnesses, and near misses to your supervisor o Use or wear safety equipment and personal protective equipment required by the company o Report to supervisor any hazardous or unsafe conditions, absence or defects in equipment and any contravention of health and safety legislation Follows all established and implemented food safety and food quality standards based on SQF requirement Assists in the on-going implementation of food safety and food quality standards Qualifications
  • Completion of high school education or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years' experience working with a Forklift operator
  • Previous experience working within the Manufacturing industry
  • Forklift Operator Certification
  • Efficiently operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack and count product (standup) Working Conditions
  • Exposure to heavy machinery
  • Exposure to loud noises
  • Exposure to forklift and other machine traffic
  • Requires working in areas with temperature and humidity variations based on local weather conditions, and on selecting environment (Dry, Cooler, Freezer)
  • Requirement to lift up to 50lbs and work in a repetitive motion Food Factory - Steel toe boots, Hair nets / beard nets will be required at all times.

Pay Details:
