Attendance Incentive:

Paid Bi-Weekly up to $2 per hour worked up to 80 hours. Starting hourly at $17 Pallet Manufacturer looking for experienced Yard Worker. Fast paced role responsible for moving material and finished product around our facility including loading and offloading of raw material and finished product. Responsible for prepping and quality control of pallets before loaded for delivery. Experience preferred in loading and unloading of Vans and Flatbeds. Must be able to work independently and willing to stay until the job is complete. May include working into late afternoon/early evening. Typical workdays are Monday thru Friday with Saturdays possible. Mandatory overtime during peak season (October thru May). Must be able to operate a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Will involve driving around production floor, warehouses & loading docks. Minimum forklift experience of 6 months. Excellent attendance required. Must be at least 18 years old & have a minimum of 6 months related industrial forklift experience. Must be physically able to do heavy lifting up to 1 00 pounds. Job duties will include climbing, exposure to extreme temperature, extensive push/pull, extensive walking, frequent stooping & repetitive movements.
