The Mission As a Tow Motor Operator in our Cleveland, Ohio plant, you'll keep production charging forward by moving materials and finished steel drums safely and precisely—an essential link in the flow of manufacturing. Key responsibilities
  • Transport pallets, components, and finished goods with a tow motor/forklift
  • Load/unload and stage materials to support shipping and production needs
  • Complete basic checks and report issues to keep equipment running reliably
  • Follow safety and quality expectations while maintaining accurate movement and placement Required qualifications/skills
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous tow motor/forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
