Overview Join our dynamic logistics team as a Reach Truck Operator and become a vital part of our warehouse operations! In this energetic role, you will expertly operate reach trucks and other heavy equipment to efficiently load, unload, and organize inventory within our fast-paced distribution center.

- 5:30am Duties Safely operate reach trucks, clamp trucks, forklifts, and other heavy equipment to load and unload shipments.
Conduct precise order picking using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to fulfill customer orders efficiently. Handle materials with care during stacking, palletizing, and storage to prevent damage and ensure optimal space utilization. Assist in shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation. Perform heavy lifting tasks as needed for inventory movement, ensuring compliance with OSHA safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of inventory movements through warehouse management systems and complete shift reports. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to coordinate daily tasks, optimize workflows, and uphold safety protocols. Experience Proven experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, clamp trucks, or similar heavy equipment in a warehouse or construction environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes including order picking, shipping & receiving, and materials handling. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and warehouse safety practices. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues with forklifts or other machinery. Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), and pickers for efficient order fulfillment. Prior warehouse supervision experience is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude toward safety and teamwork is essential.
