Valid driver's license required. Ability to follow safety procedures, work instructions, and inventory processes. Experience Requirements 3+ yeard of forklift experience required. Previous experience in a warehouse, material handling, janitorial, facilities maintenance, or shipping and receiving role. Experience loading and unloading deliveries, organizing inventory, and maintaining clean workspaces. Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Positive attitude and willingness to support multiple departments. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness standards. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 75 lbs. as needed. Ability to safely operate a forklift and warehouse equipment. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions. Ability to perform routine cleaning and warehouse duties for extended periods. Job Duties Receive incoming shipments, inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage, and organize inventory within the warehouse. Safely operate a forklift to move materials, assist with loading and unloading trucks, and support daily warehouse operations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility by mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, removing trash, and performing routine housekeeping tasks. Ensure conference rooms, common areas, windows, and other facility spaces remain clean, professional, and ready for daily use. Support inventory organization and material handling activities while following all company safety procedures. Deliver parts and materials to local job sites using a company vehicle and assist installation teams with transportation needs. Perform additional warehouse and facility support duties as assigned.
