Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. The Forklift Operator will operate forklifts and production equipment while performing heavy physical labor in an industrial production facility. The role includes material handling, processing equipment operation, inventory activities, and maintaining strict safety and HACCP standards.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate forklifts and hand dollies to move materials and products. Operate batching mixers, pellet mills, grinders, and grain processing equipment. Lift, stack, weigh, and move 50 lb bags throughout the shift. Receive raw ingredients and monitor inventory levels. Maintain clean and safe work areas and follow all safety and HACCP requirements.
MUST HAVE
Proven experience safely operating a forklift in an industrial or production environment Experience operating industrial processing equipment such as batching mixers, pellet mills, or grinders Ability to continuously lift, stack, weigh, and move 50 lbs bags for approximately 75% of the shift Experience receiving raw ingredients and monitoring inventory Physical ability to stand, climb, bend, and work in confined spaces Ability to follow strict safety and HACCP requirements Shifts 1. 6 AM
•6:30 PM 2. 6 PM
•6:30 AM Weekly schedule: Monday to Friday CH1
Pay:
$17.00
•$19.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have proven experience safely operating a forklift in a manufacturing or production setting? Are you able to continuously lift, stack, weigh, and move 50 lb bags for approximately 75% of the shift? Are you physically able to stand, climb, bend, and work in confined spaces as required?
