We are seeking a reliable Forklift (Tow Motor) Operator to support our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for safely moving, loading, and organizing materials to ensure efficient daily operations. Responsibilities Operate forklifts/tow motors to move materials throughout the warehouse Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers using forklifts and RF scanners Pick, stage, and organize product for shipment (WMS) Maintain accurate inventory and complete required paperwork (pallet tickets, trailer maps) Inspect equipment daily and report any issues Identify and report damaged product or shortages Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety, GMP, and company policies Qualifications Forklift/tow motor experience preferred (will train the right candidate) Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment Good communication and basic computer/WMS skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly High school diploma or equivalent preferred Schedule Five 8 hour shifts Monday thru Friday.
