2987666748-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Walmart is seeking a Supply Chain Flex Warehouse Worker Equipment Operator (Temp) to support fast paced retail distribution operations. In this temporary role, you will safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload merchandise. You'll pick, pack, and stage orders for stores and e commerce, perform inventory checks, and keep work areas organized. Working on-site in a dynamic warehouse, you'll follow strict safety and quality standards while adapting to flexible assignments across shipping, receiving, and replenishment to keep Walmart's supply chain running smoothly. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move, load, and unload merchandise Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately to support store and e commerce fulfillment Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, and maintain accurate stock locations Follow all safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards in a fast paced warehouse environment Support flexible warehouse tasks, including shipping, receiving, palletizing, and replenishment Use handheld scanners and basic warehouse systems to track inventory and shipments Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet productivity and quality goals Report equipment issues and assist with basic equipment inspections Required Skills Forklift operation Pallet jack and material handling equipment operation Order picking and packing Inventory control and cycle counting RF scanner usage Warehouse management systems (WMS) basics Shipping and receiving procedures Workplace safety and OSHA compliance Basic data entry Time management in high volume environments
