What You'll Do As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for: Operating forklifts and material handling equipment to move products safely and efficiently throughout the facility. Loading and unloading trucks to meet inbound and outbound schedules. Picking, packing, checking, and staging orders accurately using RF scanners or inventory management systems. Storing materials in designated areas according to inventory procedures. Inspecting equipment regularly, performing basic maintenance checks, and reporting any issues. Maintaining accurate production records and completing required documentation. Following all safety guidelines, reporting hazards, quality concerns, or production issues promptly. Working as part of a team to achieve production and shipping goals. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of forklift operation experience. RF scanner experience is preferred. Basic computer literacy and math skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow repetitive processes accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Ability to read, write, and speak English; Spanish language skills are a plus. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods. Location & Schedule:

This is a temporary-to-permanent, on-site position in Millersburg, OR, with a schedule of Sunday through Tuesday, 5:00AM to 5:30PM, and Wednesday morning from 5AM to 11AM.
