As a Night Shift Forklift Operator, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily operations by safely operating material handling equipment, aiding in shipping and receiving, and ensuring products are moved efficiently throughout the facility. What You'll Do As a Night Shift Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for: Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products safely across the facility. Loading and unloading trucks to meet scheduled inbound and outbound deliveries. Picking, packing, checking, and staging orders with accuracy using RF scanners or inventory systems. Stacking and storing materials in designated areas in compliance with inventory procedures. Performing basic maintenance checks on equipment and reporting any issues. Maintaining accurate production documentation and records. Following safety protocols diligently and reporting hazards or concerns. Collaborating with team members to achieve production and shipping targets effectively. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of forklift operating experience. RF scanner experience is preferred. Basic computer skills and proficiency in math. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow repetitive processes accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Willingness to work overtime as required. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; Spanish skills are a plus. Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods. Location & Schedule:

This is a temp-to-hire, on-site position in Millersburg, OR, offering a Sunday through Tuesday night schedule from 5:00PM to 5:30AM, with Wednesdays from 5:00PM to 11:00PM.
