Cold warehouse Position Overview We are hiring an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator for a fast-paced produce distribution warehouse.
HIGH REACH FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Candidates must have previous hands-on experience operating a high-reach forklift. This is not an entry-level forklift position. The primary responsibility will be replenishing products throughout the warehouse and keeping inventory stocked and organized for order selection. What We Offer $18.00 per hour $27.00 per hour for overtime Average 50-55 hours per week Plenty of overtime opportunities Weekly pay every Friday Full-time, long-term opportunity Consistent 3rd shift schedule Job Responsibilities Operate a high-reach forklift to replenish products throughout the warehouse. Move product from reserve storage locations to designated picking locations. Safely maneuver a high-reach forklift in warehouse aisles and storage areas. Use an RF scanner to locate and verify inventory. Maintain accurate product placement and inventory organization. Follow all forklift safety procedures and warehouse policies. Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report damaged product or inventory discrepancies to management. Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned. Requirements
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS HIGH-REACH FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE.
Must be comfortable operating a high-reach forklift in a fast-paced warehouse. Previous hands-on high-reach experience is required. Must be able to work in a cold warehouse environment . Must be willing to work mandatory overtime. Sunday is mandatory. Regular days off are Wednesday and Saturday . Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Reliable transportation and strong attendance are required. Only candidates with previous high-reach forklift experience will be considered.
